After a rigorous interview process, each Body Specialist is invited to join. All Specialists are personally trained by Kendra.
Each of our Body Specialists first must go through the Bodywork Basics seminar which includes TRAINING in all the details such as equipment usage, creating the sanctuary, timing the treatment, effective communication and giving a treatment Mentally in tune with the Touch.
We also offer ADVANCED workshops with bodywork techniques in the most commonly stressed areas such as neck, low back and feet so that each Body Specialist arrives fully prepared to not only de-stress you, but also able to handle pain management proficiently.

Learning the art of massage began for Kendra as a small child under her grandmother, a therapist of many years. As early as the age of four, Kendra was giving massage with M&M’s as compensation.
Kendra trained in Circulatory and Myofascial Deep Tissue from the CA Healing Arts College, Sports under Marko, the LA Kings Sports Therapist, Trigger Point from Massage School of Santa Monica, Reflexology at the Institute of Professional Practitioners and Lomi Lomi under national instructor Carrie Rowe. In 2002 she opened her own mobile company to meet the Los Angeles demand for exceptional bodywork services in homes, hotels, offices and on location.
Her small business known as Massage by Kendra was so popular and expanded into LA Body Points in 2007 to encompass a wider variety of services while maintaining the excellent service implemented in Massage by Kendra. Kendra personally trains all Body Specialists in the little details of ‘giving the experience’ as well as advanced Myofascial Deep Tissue training in highly effective low back and neck pain management techniques.
LindsayLindsay is a graduate of Vitality College of the Healing Arts in Carlsbad, CA where she studied a variety of modalities including Hot Stone, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Circulatory, CranioSacral, Prenatal and Sports massage. Lindsay possesses an innate passion for studying ancient healing therapies and naturally gravitated toward specializing in the magic of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. With professional experience in hula dancing and detailed Lomi Lomi training under the guidance of Kendra, Lindsay’s promising hands continue to reflect the ideal flow of this exclusive Hawaiian therapy. Lindsay is also an experienced esthetician specializing in facials and semi-permanent lash extensions.

SparrowSparrow is extremely intuitively skilled and versed in bodywork. She has studied a wide variety of modalities including Circulatory, Shiatsu, Sports, Reflexology, Reiki, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Craniosacral and Myofascial Deep Tissue. Some of her advanced specialty techniques include ear reflexology and intra-oral Craniosacral specifically for vertigo. Sparrow trained under John F. Barnes for Myofascial Release and at the Hartwood Institute for Circulatory and Shiatsu, the American Academy of Reflexology, Upledger Institute for Craniosacral, and she studied the Usui Method for Reiki with continuing education workshops at the Esalen Institute. Sparrow is also professionally trained in doing sports bodywork for children under 18. She fervently pursues learning and higher education in complementary areas as well including herbs and raw, organic chocolate! |

JenJen has been a licensed bodyworker since for almost 10 years. She has over 900 hours of training and specializes in Myofascial Deep Tissue, Circulatory, Shiatsu, Sports, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Prenatal and Hot Stone massage. She is certified in the Elaine Stillerman Mother Massage technique and trained in both Lake Tahoe, NV and Massachusetts. Jen has transitioned from working with high end spas to mobile massage, working in A-list client's homes and hotels. Her highest goal is to helping you achieve your highest wellness potential. Sandra
At an early age Sandra was assigned the role the family massage therapist because of her strong therapeutic touch and patience. Patience is a virtue. She can give three hour long treatments with ease.
Though she went on to become a ballet dancer and worked in TV production, she realized massage therapy was her true calling. Now her passion for bodywork takes her all over LA and beyond travelling as a personal bodyworker with clients on trips, and she continues to train and learn new techniques.
Sandra’s intuitive approach seeks to address each client’s need by blending different modalities to provide a unique personalized session. With over 700 credit hours in a mixture of massage modalities, her focus is in Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Chinese Tui Na, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Circulatory, Lomi Lomi and Prenatal massage.

Leah
Leah has been serving in the massage industry for over a decade. She has worked with various high end spas in the United States with a large celebrity clientele including Ona Spa in West Hollywood, Le Meridian Hotel and world renowned resorts in Israel’s Dead Sea.
Born in New York and raised in Israel, she attended Zanbar College for Naturopathy. Her approach to health and well being is well rounded. She practices a strong overseas approach to Myofascial Deep Tissue and Circulatory treatments. Her devotion for the study and practice of the spiritual teachings of yoga reflects in her work as an inspiration to achieve a mind-body balance.
Leah’s clients receive a massage experience that is professional, effective, and nurturing. Her clients are left with the extraordinary feeling of deep relaxation and balance. She is a member of AMTA and is nationally certified by NCBTMB.
Eli, Pamper PreMadonna
Eli is a true “Bodywork Guru” doing bodywork for over 14 years, and a total holistic health scholar having completed more than 1000 hours in training. Eli’s extensive resume includes having worked with high profile clients in Burke Williams, Shutters, Bella Beverly Hills and the Biltmore.
She is one of our most universally well rounded body specialists proficient in a multitude of treatment styles: Acupressure facelift, Lymphatic Drainage, Circulatory, Reflexology, Myofascial Deep Tissue, Sports Stretching, Thai Bodywork, Trigger & Trager Therapy, Prenatal, and Cupping.You will walk away having had one of the most amazing bodywork experiences regardless of the chosen style.After a treatment with Eli, you can’t help but to have utter respect for the skills and healing power of this Zaftig Woman!

Brittany
Brittany's passion for bodywork began all through her adolescent years and she chose to specialize in this field immediately as an adult. Her hands reflect the fact that Bodywork is her true calling.
She has been doing mobile and on site services for several years and has studied in California and Arizona where she trained and interned in a multitude of treatment styles: Shiatsu, Circulatory, Reflexology, Myofascial Deep Tissue, and Reiki. Brittany has also traveled with clients all over the country as a Personal Body Specialist.
Marla
Marla has been working in the field for over eight years after graduating from the California Healing Arts College.
She specializes in Circulatory, Myofascial Deep Tissue, and Prenatal relieving every creature from stress causing knots and allowing each to disconnect from the busy world, breathe, let go and experience the "Ultimate Treatment" by Marla.
TracyTracy has been practicing the art of massage for over 15 years and considers massage to be part of a physically and spiritually healthy lifestyle. She originally studied at the Massage School of Santa Monica and has honed her skills through much advanced curriculum and internship. Tracy’s main focus is in Circulatory, Deep Tissue and Prenatal bodywork. She brings extraordinary intuition to each session, guiding her skillful hands to the areas of the body that require her transformative attention. Body Specialist Johns
Michael is originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, and has lived in Los Angeles since 2001 bringing invaluable knowledge and techniques from abroad. His career as a massage therapist began 16 years ago in Denmark where he underwent an extensive 2 year study program for Deep Tissue bodywork from 1993 -1994 and from there, set forth his practice.
Michael is also revered for his remarkable talents in Hot Stones and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and is a former instructor for Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. This master has the rare ability to create an ultimately relaxing “flow” experience through his Lomi Lomi, Hot Stones and incorporated Esalen techniques having studied at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA.
Michael is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and intermittently furthers his zest for massage therapy through continued education in new techniques and modalities.

Ed is a very rare and unique bodyworker in that he has an unprecedented fervor and passion to expand his knowledge and abilities. Ed brings to the table eight years of experience as well as over 800 educational hours, and as a former chemist, this man is technical and detailed in his bodywork to give perfection.
He has studied almost every massage modality including Myofascial Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu, Chinese Tui Na, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, Thai, Reflexology, Circulatory, CranioSacral, Reiki and Prenatal. The schools and instructors he has trained under are unsurpassed in excellence, some examples include: John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Rebounding and Fascial-Pelvis Myofascial as well as Myofascial Mobilization; Emperor’s College in Los Angeles for Oriental Medicine to increase his technical Shiatsu abilities; the renowned Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing for Sports; Chiang Mai School for Thai Massage in Thailand; and the prominent Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy.

Bob

As a former firefighter and emergency medical technician, Bob has direct experience with those who are in pain or undergoing stress and the implications it can have on the body. His work creates positive results with those who have sustained long-term or ‘presumed’ permanent problems such as victims of paralysis. As a six year veteran of bodywork, he has helped many clients resolve a variety of injuries related to sports, work or daily living.
Bob’s specialties include Pre & Post-natal massage, Sports, Deep Tissue, Circulatory, and Reflexology. His healing hands have an innate way of finding sore spots and focusing in on their points of origin. Many people he has worked on say they limped onto the massage table and, once off it, walked feeling better than they have in years, which will keep you returning to him week after week.
Bob received his certifications and internship from Manhattan Beach Massage College and is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. He is a military veteran with the Airborne Reconnaissance Unit of the United States Army and served as a firefighter and EMT for ten years.
